Analysing the initial system
FINDING THE PROBLEMS
Here are some of the previous screens of the product.
A lot of flaws are easy to spot = lack of organization, visual clutter, duplicated paths, and more.
During this phase of the process, I went through every possible user flow and was able to find redundancies that could be eliminated to improve usability, as well as find ways to improve the UI to better match the company's branding and needs.

DESK RESEARCH, BENCHMARKING
Research

Utilizing the knowledge I had already gathered, I went on to do research to confirm the necessary features and how other companies succeed in implementing them, in order to give my client the best possible solution.
Initial Proposal
FIRST DESIGNS

The first validation was sent to check the new colors and overall flow of the project. Here are some of the screens for this initial idea.

After many meetings and great feedback, I was able to fully transform the product into something new and easy to use, focusing on the user needs and matching them with the company's goals.

FEEDBACK FROM CLIENT
After delivering the project, the client reported a great improvement on the navegation and overall flow of the product, resulting in actions that are faster to complete and more efficient.
One stakeholder in particular described the ease to do her daily tasks, and how the new visual is more appealing to the eyes and more organized, stopping the confusion the previous one caused regularly.
The feedbacks were positive and the client left satisfied with the redesign, only wanting to add more features, now that the user flow is better structured.
